Client: Private Healthcare Provider, Driffield

As part of a developer’s larger scheme for the repurposing of a brownfield site within the historic part of the village, our team led the design and the creation of new premises for an existing dental practice to relocate into.

Drawing from our extensive experience and in close collaboration with the end users, we developed this ‘impressive’ scheme as described by the practice owners.

A modern two storey building, designed with functionality and aesthetics in mind, to accommodate a state of the art facility providing wholistic dental care for the local and wider community. The proposal comprised 6 x Dental Surgery Rooms, a CBCT Scanner room, a large laboratory and workshop space at the ground floor, supported by admin and staff welfare facilities at the first floor.
